The Farmhouse Inn is a wonderful 1920 Farmhouse in historical downtown Tellico Plains and was previously owned by the Hunt family; a prominent family in the history of Tellico Plains.  We offer 3 rooms, all with charming original details but fully modernized and each with attached, full private bath. The house includes original floors, 3 fireplaces, and other details but has been recently updated to include all the modern conveniences.

The Farmhouse Inn is the only bed and breakfast lodging in the historic Tellico Plains town square area.

Tellico Plains is your gateway to great adventures.  Motorcycling on and off-road (and driving if you must) on the Tellico Adventure Trail (dual sport motorcycling), Cherohala Skyway, Deal's Gap, and Cherokee and Nantahala National Forest roads.  World class kayaking on the Ocoee, Hiawasee, and Tellico rivers, hiking, fly fishing on the Tellico and Bald River, and many other outdoor activities are at our doorstep.  We cater to all you adventure vacationers.

Your hosts, Kyle and Laura, fell in love with this old Farmhouse in Tellico Plains, and decided to buy it and open the Farmhouse Inn.  We live at the Inn, along with our dogs Ellie and Sydney and cat Nazanin.
