You will encounter various pets at our home (it is a farmhouse!). Dogs, cats, and perhaps a rabbit. We welcome guest pets. Our animals are friendly and social, we expect the same of yours. We also have a fenced area for your pets safety. We require proof of vaccination for rabies, bordetella, and canine influenza. Please understand we do not allow pets to be left unattended while you are out during your stay. We charge a one time pet fee of $10 to help cover the extra cleaning that is required.
For the comfort and safety of our historic home and our guests, and to meet health department and insurance regulations the Farmhouse Inn is smoke-free. Guests can smoke away from the house.
Quiet hours at the Farmhouse Inn are 10 pm to 6 am (2200-0600). While we want you to enjoy your stay, we also want the other guests and ourselves to have a restful night.
We have no problem with guest enjoying their favorite beverages at the Farmhouse (Kyle can talk craft beer hunting for hours). We do require you to drink and act responsibly, respect the quiet hours and other guests.
Tennessee is a right to carry state, legal permit holders are free to carry here, we will not restrict your right. During hunting seasons we may have hunters at the Farmhouse. Hunters are expected to follow transport laws and will keep their weapons cleared and cased. There is a national forest shooting range about 20 miles away.
